Return and refund policy

Dear valued customers, kindly follow the instructions below to return your purchase:

• All returns must be sent back within 7 working days upon receiving your order and it has to be informed to our customer service. We will not allow any exchange/refund if you fail to return the item(s) within the stipulated time.
• Goods Sold are non-returnable unless stated differently.
• If customer place an order and the items are already out of stocks. Sunbright Auto Parts Supply Sdn Bhd will make a full refund within 7 working days from the payment confirmation.
• Return parcel due to mistakes by seller will be borne by Sunbright & tracking number has to be inform to our customer service.
• Customer is responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
• Returns must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (original box, clean, and unused). If item(s) is different with the original condition, is strictly not returnable.
• We reserved the right to reject any return item(s) if it does not meet the requirements.
